Chair Yoga

Thursdays (In-Person)
10:00 A.M.

Chair yoga is a modified form of traditional yoga that utilizes a chair for support during seated poses or for balance while standing. It offers a gentle and accessible way to experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities, including those with mobility limitations or those who spend extended periods sitting.

All yoga incorporates breathwork and mindfulness, fostering a connection between the mind and body, while reducing stress and promoting relaxation which helps to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.

Each class will include seated and optional standing poses, a short practice in breath regulation, and will conclude with a brief meditation to enhance focus.

Come to the glass Third Space doors on Thursday mornings and join us!
